About the Course

Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the learner will be able to:
Tony Ferraiolo, promotes competent and respectful health care for the transgender community, by educating providers, and advocating on behalf of patients. He puts his audience at ease by using his ability to make light of a sometimes-challenging situation. The audience is left with a greater awareness of how to move forward in supporting their patients, staff, co-workers, students, and children. Tony Ferraiolo is also a Certified Life Coach, a public speaker, and trainer.
