A new 155,000-square foot, Class A, medical office will open in Las Colinas, Texas, according to a press release from KDC & Rubicon Representation.
Dr. J. Mark Anderson of Healthcare Associates, a multi-specialty private practice, said, “There is nothing existing in the market to the caliber of this state-of-the-art facility, which is what Healthcare Associates wanted in a new office. We want to provide a unique care environment that hasn’t been done before: A one-stop shop for imaging, pharmacy, dental, vision and sleep therapy.”
According to the press release, this approximately 155,000 square foot, Class A, medical office building will consist of two phases. Phase I will break ground this fall. It will consist of 95,000 square feet and will be anchored by one of the most prolific primary care groups in North Texas, Healthcare Associates. Phase II will break ground shortly thereafter and will consist of 60,000 square feet. This phase will house an ambulatory surgery center and medical office. The anchor tenant space is currently available.
Located at the corner of SH 161 and Gateway Drive, the development is only minutes away from DFW International Airport and walking distance to the DART Beltline Station, which offers easy transportation to downtown Dallas.
