A new survey of physicians and practice staff explores predictions for U.S. healthcare under a Trump administration.
The post-presidential election survey from Aprima Medical Software shows a majority (55%) of healthcare professionals are optimistic that physician practices will experience a decrease in regulatory burdens.
Most of the 312 physicians and practice staff participating in the survey (52%) believe a Trump presidency will improve healthcare in the United States, while 48% anticipate a positive financial impact on their practice.
Respondents were divided in terms of the potential impact on provider compensation models and on patient access to care.
