Here's what you need to renew your Florida Pharmacy Technician license

Florida Pharmacy Technician: Pharmacy Tech (Continuing Education)
Online Info
Mandatory subjects:
- 2 hours medical errors (must be Board approved)
- 1 hours HIV - first renewal only*
- General hours can be either ACPE or Board approved.
*If you are renewing your license for the first time and the renewal occurs less than 12 months after the initial licensure date you are only required to complete 1 hour in HIV/AIDS and 2 medication errors. If your renewal occurs 12 months or more after your initial licensure date you are required to complete 9 (2 must be live) general hours of registered pharmacy technician continuing education, 1 hours HIV/AIDS and 2 medication errors.

Your pharmacy hours will be reported to CPE Monitor withinten business days after course completion.
We will report your hours electronically to CEBroker withinone business day. CEBroker is theofficial CE tracking system for your state licensing board.
Rosters are sent to NABP within 10 business days. We are unable to report your hours after 60 days.
