About the Course
Trigger point therapy is one of the most intriguing and fast-growing bodywork styles in the world. Designed specifically to alleviate pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release, this practice is particularly effective in rotator cuff pain. Your instructor, Mark Bigelow, will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the background and basics of trigger points, how they develop, where the common locations are, and the difference between active and latent trigger points. In addition, you will locate and palpate the twelve individual muscles or groups of muscles that affect the hip and sacroiliac region.
