Additional Requirements for Renewal:
- Pharmacists renewing their notification of intent to immunize must complete 2 hours related to the administration of vaccines or CDC immunization guidelines every two years. Hours may be used to satisfy continuing education requirement.
- Pharmacists renewing their certificate of medication therapeutic plan authority are required 6 hours in medication therapy management every two years.
- Pharmacists engaged in counseling bleeding disorder patients shall complete 4 hours related to blood-clotting factor concentrates, infusion treatment or therapy, or blood-clotting disorders or diseases each biennial renewal period.
