We need your date of birth for reporting reasons only. If you are being asked for your date of birth, you either need your hours reported to CPE Monitor, the state of Pennsylvania for your Child Abuse requirement, or both. This information is only shared with your reporting agency. This is to make sure your hours are correctly attributed to you. Your information is kept within our secure system and is not shared with anyone else.
