Cranial Sacral Foundation Techniques

This course is a foundational technique class that provides an overview of cranial-sacral therapy. It includes the history of cranial-sacral therapy, anatomy of the cranium, technique, and presence. We will also learn the location and specific techniques for the following: sacrum, occiput, sphenoid, temporal bones, parietal bones, and frontal bone. Students will learn how to enhance their practice and provide support to their clients through gentle touch and holds. Students will also acquire new proficiencies to add to their skill set.
