Course Overview
The Case Management Certification Specialty Track course is a comprehensive, exam-aligned learning experience designed to prepare healthcare professionals for success on leading case management certification exams, including CCM (CCMC) and ACM certifications. This course integrates evidence-based practice concepts with high-yield exam strategies to strengthen clinical judgment, enhance test readiness, and build confidence across all major domains of case management practice.

Course content is intentionally designed to reflect how questions appear on certification exams—emphasizing scenario-based reasoning, prioritization, care coordination decision-making, and identification of high-risk factors rather than rote memorization.  This structured, domain-based approach ensures learners are fully prepared to apply certification-level knowledge in both exam settings and real-world practice, supporting safe, effective, and outcome-driven case management across diverse healthcare environments.
