About the Author/Presenter 
Dr. Adio Mangrum, DPT, CSCS, serves as the founder and clinical director of Mangrum Physical Therapy and Performance in Efland, NC. His diverse clinical background spans multiple practice settings, including outpatient orthopedics, home health, and rehabilitation services, allowing him to develop comprehensive treatment approaches for varied patient populations. 
As a clinician, he implements evidence-based interventions incorporating advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and specialized modalities including dry needling and blood flow restriction training. His expertise in movement analysis is supported by advanced certifications in both Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA Levels 1 and 2) and Functional Movement Screen (FMS Level 1). 
His dual credentials as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) enable him to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance enhancement, particularly valuable for athletic and active populations. This integrated approach allows for seamless progression from injury recovery to return-to-sport protocols.
