What is my password?

Your password is created when you register your email on our site. Forget your password? Never fear! The site has an awesome Password Reset feature! Simply click the “Log In” button located at the top-right corner of your screen.

This will take you to the Log In page. Please select “Forgot Your Password?”.

On this screen, please type in your username (which is your email address) and hit the “Submit” button.

The system will link your username with the email address on your account, and a password reset email will be sent to you!

The email you receive from us will look like this. Please click the link to reset your password.

After you reset your password, just return to the login screen in the first step and retry with the new password.
