Why did I not get my book?

There are a few factors that could contribute to you not receiving your mailing. Please make sure that your correct address is on file with us! We get updated mailing information from your state board, so please change your address with them upon moving. There are also times that books get lost in the mail. This is an unfortunate event, but we always want to make sure you have the material needed to further your career!

If you feel that you have missed our mailing of the book you need, you can always order one on our website. Just choose your profession, then select your state and press “Find Courses.”

There should be a toolbar in the middle of the screen that looks like the image below. Just click “Order Book” to be taken to the books that are available for your state and profession.

If you prefer to call us and make your book request over the phone, please feel free to do that at 1-888-857-6920. We can check your mailing information and provide a replacement book if necessary.
