Arkansas Insurance Department Funeral Services Division Rules and Regulations regarding completing duplicate courses: 
Except as may be allowed by the Board, a licensee shall not receive credit for:

  1. Any funeral merchandise and/or products, programs or tours; or
  2. Duplicate programs taken within the previous two (2) years.
