Additional Information for Renewals:

  • Funeral attendants shall certify to completion of the annual training in bloodborne pathogens and highly hazardous chemicals required by Chapter 10, Section 4(3) of the board's rules.
  • Funeral practitioners must complete 12 hours prior the date of renewal in odd years.

No more than 6 of the 12 hours may be completed through online or distance learning programs.
