Clinicians will learn how to engage with clients during the interview discovery process for massage treatments, which can ultimately lead to a more fulfilling and effective massage experience for them. This course will outline a thorough intake form and how it translates to conducting a professional–client interview. The course will demonstrate steps for massage therapists to develop authentic branding that reflects their expertise as massage practitioners.
