- Analyze post-partum stages and the physiological and psychological changes that are associated with each.

- Differentiate appropriate manual therapy techniques for addressing common postpartum conditions and implement specific massage techniques for ligament pain, low back discomfort, and abdominal massage.

About the Author/Presenter
Claudia Phillips is a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and mother. Having graduated with an associate's degree in massage therapy from the Pacific College of Health and Science, Claudia began her career specializing in pre-natal and orthopedic-focused massage. Over the last 10 years, she has honed her practice to combine Eastern and Western modalities to treat both the physical and emotional needs of her clients.
