ACPE Approval
12 - CPE hours obtained must be from programs by an ACPE that have a participant designation of "P" for pharmacist
3 - maximum of 3 may be obtained from CME, if the credits are: Obtained from an ACCME accredited provider; and A certificate is furnished that identifies name of the ACCME accredited provider
Your hours will be reported to CPE Monitor within 10business days after course completion.
