Here's what you need to renew your Indiana Pharmacy license
The information below is a summary of the minimum requirements set forth by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. For a more detailed requirements breakdown, please see the board's site.
If you hold Pharmacy licenses in multiple states, please make sure to check each state's requirements.
Indiana Pharmacy: Pharmacist (Continuing Education)
24 or 4/5 - must for pharmacy related
6 or 1/5 - can be business, management or computer-related
15 or 1/2 - must be accredited by ACPE
*Your hours will be reported to CPE Monitor within 10 business days after course completion.
Rosters are sent to NABP within 10 business days. We are unable to report your hours after 60 days.
