Mandatory Subjects:

2 hours - Immunizations, for administering pharmacists each year (4 hours each renewal period)
3 hours - Subjects of consulting practice, for participating pharmacists each year (6 hours each renewal period)

One-time Requirement for Renewal

2 hours - Board-approved WV Drug Diversion CE, one-time requirement first renewal (see Board website for approved courses)

Online Limitations

At least 6 hours must be live in-person presentations.

Roster Process: Yourpharmacy hours will be reported to CPE Monitor within ten business days aftercourse completion.

Rosters are sent to NABP within 10 business days. We are unable to report your hours after 60 days.
