Renewal CE Requirements
Continuing Education Hours
Alaska physical therapists and physical therapist assistants licensed for 12 months or more must complete 24 CE contact hours every renewal period. Licensees who have held their license for less than 12 months must either complete 12 contact hours of continuing education during that period, or pass the national physical therapy examination within 12 months immediately before the license is due to lapse.
