About the Course
This course provides an in-depth review of the gluteal muscles, actions, and issues that arise when they are dormant. Discussion includes the causes of Dormant Butt Syndrome (DBS), how DBS negatively affects the spine and hips, and how to reverse DBS. Exercises from frail aging adults to intermediate adults are reviewed as well as advancing exercises for the average individual.
Learning Outcomes
Shari is a physical therapy assistant and holds several nationally recognized fitness certifications. Shari has been providing CEU courses for over 15 years, involving improving the lives of aging adults. Shari has over 30 years xperience in the therapy and fitness industry.
