Online Courses:
Starting from the date of purchase, students have 30 days to request a refund.
Livestream Courses
Students may request a refund within 24 hours from the first class of a Livestream course to receive a refund.
Livestream students who do not attend their scheduled class will not qualify for a refund.
Students can swap to a self-paced online course if they no longer qualify for a refund.
Classroom Courses
Students have until 3 days prior to class start to request a refund.
Classroom students who do not attend their scheduled class will not qualify for a refund.
Students can swap to a self-paced online course if they no longer qualify for a refund.
Membership
Students have 60 days from enrollment to request a refund.
If a course is completed, any refund will be minus the cost of the completed course(s).
All Modalities
If a course is completed, it will not qualify for a refund.
Textbooks, manuals, suture kits, MP3 players and shipping are non-refundable.
Packages that included physical textbooks and/or materials will be refunded less a $50 refund fee.
