How do I request a refund?

If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 24 hours of completion for a full refund or discount toward future courses. There is no cash value associated with future discounts and all future discounts or credit memos expire if not used within six months of issuance.

Once you start a course, you have one week to request a refund of up to 100% of your purchase price if the course fails to meet your expectations. If you haven’t started the course, you have one month from the date of the purchase to request up to a 100% refund. No gimmicks. No fine print.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges. If you purchased items as part of a discount or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. Materials for which you have already received continuing education credit cannot be refunded.
