Let’s learn from each other by sharing experiences good or bad.
The COVID-19 pandemic has become our largest national emergency in decades, and the defining healthcare event for most of our careers.
The challenges placed upon the healthcare system are well documented, but what about the professionals on the front lines? As the majority of Americans stay home and practice social distancing, many healthcare professionals are up close and personal with COVID-19 – currently facing a possible shortage of beds, equipment, and adequate testing supplies.
We want to hear your stories from the front lines, the back rooms, anywhere your work is taking you during this pandemic. Is your hospital or healthcare organization treating infected patients? If not, has the pandemic affected you in other ways? Do you find your ability to care for non-COVID-19 patients compromised in any way?
And what about yourselves? How is the pandemic affecting your home lives with families and loved ones?
At this turbulent time, we want to give healthcare professionals a voice within their own professional communities and celebrate your dedication to your profession and commitment to your patients while honoring your colleagues as leaders of an unrelenting fight against the COVID-19 virus.
Share your experiences and your stories of triumph (or tragedy). Post your feedback in the form below or feel free to email us directly at [email protected]. If you’d like to remain anonymous, just let us know.
