What is resiliency?

While the precise expression may vary, in general, a resilient person takes an optimistic view, expresses appreciation, and seeks opportunities for gratitude. Building resiliency may look like taking time during lunch to practice mindfulness, balancing workday demands with a healthy meal, going for a run, or simply taking time to laugh.
