Zimmet Healthcare Services Group, LLC (ZHSG) announced its acquisition of Comprehensive Reimbursement Services (CRS), based in Howell, N.J. Under the terms of the deal, ZHSG will absorb all of CRS’ employees and service contracts effective May 1, 2013.
The merger solidifies ZHSG’s position as the leading reimbursement compliance consultant for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

Post-merger, ZHSG will boast a diverse team of over 50 full-time professionals and support staff, servicing nearly 1,000 SNFs and related companies in over 30 states.
In addition to its recent acquisition of CRS, ZHSG has also formed a strategic alliance with LTC Consulting Services of Howell, NJ, which is a premier medical billing service in the long-term care industry. LTC Consulting Services provides a full-service business management package for SNFs and has a proven track record of improving collections and maximizing revenues for its clients.
